TEMPERAMENTAL CLUB SOUND kicks off with a multilayered five track EP by co-founder Malugi. Picking up on the energy-driven and fun-loving sound he is best known for, Malugi proposes an idiosyncratic take on various styles of dance music: Ran- ging from UK Techno to Electro to Jersey Club, he showcases an open- minded approach towards music that is prone to exhilarate joy. Through- out the EP, he upholds a distinct pop sensibility, creating music that resonates in an almost visceral bodily experience — a phenomenon commonly referred to as the Malugi effect. While he dips his toes into a wide array of influences, one common denominator remains:
A strong commitment to cater to the highly intensive and universally longed-for corporeal pleasures of the dancefloor.
